About the Role
Warmly greet customers and deliver friendly and efficient service
Process diverse transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and ensure transaction precision
Identify customer needs and guide them towards suitable products or services
Adhere to bank policies, regulations, and promptly report any suspicious activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with banking software
