About the Role
Reply and handle the manufacturer's issues (communication software) and track the progress of the return.
Responsible for door number incoming and outgoing goods and inventory management.
Fill in the application form, check documents, key-in, activate, inquire and other door number operations.
Scheduling and management of work-study students.
Responsible for temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Responsible, careful and cooperative.
It is necessary to work overtime on weekdays and holidays (with overtime pay). In addition, if working-study students are unable to attend evening shifts and holidays, they must be supported by colleagues in the unit on a rotating basis.
Must have language proficiency - Indonesian, English, Chinese (at least daily communication skills are required).
